By visiting our website and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. All transactions conducted by Furnicomp Ltd, operating as RTA Furniture, are subject to the following terms and conditions. Any modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by the Director of the Company.
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you (the customer) and RTA Furniture.
OUR PRODUCTS
All products are delivered flat-packed with a clear instruction manual for easy assembly unless the item is stated as being assembled or not requiring assembly.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Details, images, and other product information, including assembled sizes and weights, may be subject to change. Our commitment is to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our website and catalogue.
Missing Items OR Damages
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 working days from receipt of the invoice and dispatch notification.
Claims for shortages and damages must be made within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
Upon delivery, customers must examine orders for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate product damage. In such cases, refusal of the order and contact at sales@rtafurniture.co.uk within 24 hours, providing the order number and photos of the damage is advised. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Orders refused by the customer due to damage, clearly visible on the carrier's website, will be returned, and replacements will be sent at no additional cost.
Parts requests are processed free of charge for you or your customer if the part arrives damaged to your customer. However, if the part was damaged by the customer it will be chargeable to you as the retailer. All parts request will be handled and looked over by our expert assembly and parts team. To order spare parts, please email sales@rtafurniture.co.ukstating the item code, the part number and quantity required. We will then reply confirming availability of the part and lead time.
The specified terms and conditions apply to all transactions at RTA Furniture. Placing an order is considered a purchase of our products, implying acceptance of these terms and conditions. We strongly advise reading and printing a copy of these terms for future reference. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to impact the buyer's statutory rights as a consumer.
